Joan Lynch is a Peabody Award winning producer, Emmy Award winning executive producer, and strategic communications leader with a career spanning media, markets, and mission driven organizations.
She held senior leadership roles at ABC News and ESPN, where she oversaw the development and production of award winning programming across television and digital platforms, including the acclaimed documentary series 30 for 30. At ABC News, she helped launch ABC News Now, the network’s first 24 hour digital news channel, and led content initiatives spanning breaking news, politics, and live event coverage. She also worked with Yahoo Finance, developing content focused on markets, the economy, and global business trends.
Joan developed, launched, and managed WorkingNation, a nationally recognized content and journalism organization focused on workforce and economic mobility. In addition to raising and managing multi million dollar funding initiatives and building partnerships across philanthropic, corporate, and media sectors, she served as one of the organization’s primary public representatives, speaking at national conferences and contributing to public discussions on the future of work and economic opportunity.
Joan first supported Dr. Robert D. Ladner in the initial branding of CV6 Therapeutics in 2013 and rejoined the company as it advanced through Phase 1a clinical development.
At CV6 Therapeutics, she leads communications and strategic narrative development, helping translate complex science into clear, compelling stories for investors, partners, media, and broader stakeholder audiences.
