CV6’s pipeline spans cancer and inflammatory diseases, with every program drawing on the Genomic Uracil Stress Response (GUSR) platform.
Our lead clinical asset, CV6-168, exploits a vulnerability created by thymidylate synthase inhibitors such as 5-FU and is in a Phase 1a trial. CV6-1271, our lead program in inflammatory disease, is in preclinical development.
