Richard (Dick) Milliken is a highly experienced business leader and financial executive with a distinguished career spanning senior roles across the life sciences, financial services, property, and technology sectors.
He previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of the Almac Group, a global pharmaceutical development and manufacturing company. Prior to that role, he was CEO of Lamont Holdings plc, a publicly quoted industrial holding company. He also led the Northern Ireland operations of the Bank of Ireland Corporate Banking Group.
Dick has held a number of prominent non-executive roles, including with Ryanair, where he served as Chairman of the Audit Committee for five years, as well as positions with the Bank of Ireland Mortgage Bank, Chairman of the Northern Ireland Science Park, and Commissioner of Belfast Harbour.
He is a graduate of Queen’s University Belfast and Harvard Business School. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC and is a former Council member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
In addition to his role at CV6 Therapeutics, he currently serves as Chairman of Lotus Group, a Northern Ireland property company, and Chairman of Ryanair UK Ltd.
