Jim Poliero is a licensed real estate broker and currently manages a private portfolio of income producing real estate, mortgages and equities. Mr. Poliero began his career with Commerce Bank (now known as TD Bank) and an affiliated real estate developer for 15 years where he served as a commercial loan officer, and specialized in income-producing real estate.  Mr. Poliero designed a sophisticated program, approved by the U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, still in use by financial institutions today to analyze all loans secured by income producing real estate.
 
Mr. Poliero serves as an Advisory Board Member of 1st Colonial Bancorp, Board Member of CV6 Therapeutics, Board President of Kings Court Condominium Association, and former Director of Board of Trustees for the Rotary Club of Haddonfield.
 
Mr. Poliero received his B.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University in 1989.
